Question: Where was my Browning A5 made?

The original Browning A5 shotguns, like this one, were made in Belgium until the start of World War II, when Remington produced the A5 alongside their Model 11s. Production returned to Belgium after the war, but moved to Brownings Miroku plant in Japan in 1975.

Where is my Browning made?

Todays Browning firearms are made in either Belgium, Portugal, Japan or in the United States. The original Browning & Brothers store in Ogden, Utah. Photo was taken after production of the Single Shot had started. Shown is an original Browning Single Shot rifle.
