Overall the city is not bad. Some parts are better than others, for example south Everett in my opinion is safer, cleaner and overall better than north Everett. I moved to Everett when I was 3, so I dont know any other place other than here. Its hard to rank Everett high when you live 20 minutes away from Seattle.
