The empty yellow circle indicates that the user was last online between 24 and 72 hours ago. No circle at all indicates that the user has not logged on for over 72 hours.
What does blacklist mean on Match?
If you block someone on Match, your emails disappear, you no longer show up in their search results and they are no longer able to see when you are online.
